Module 1 - The "3 M" Process

In this 5 part module, you will learn how to clarify your message, identify your motivation for sharing your message, and write your book using the powerful "benefit-driven" method that is provided.

In module one, you will learn how to identify and clarify your unique core message, discover your motivation behind sharing this message (which will strongly influence how your book is written and whether it's effective or not), and work through a writing method that will help you structure and organize your content in a way that will impact your readers. 

Module 2 - "Beta Test" Your Book

As you are writing your book, you need to clearly determine the benefits your book provides readers, clarify your expectations as an author, brainstorm and workshop titles, and determine your audience. 

This is called "Beta" test because you need to receive constructive feedback on these different areas from people in your life - people who will give you the TRUTH!  You cannot write a book in a vacuum - you need to "Beta Test" your title and subtitle, you need to clarify your expectations as an author (what do you want this book to do for you), you need to determine who your target audience is (this is WHO you write to), and perhaps most importantly, you need to be able to clearly communicate the benefits your book will provide to the reader. 

Module 3 - Marketing: Easy as "P.I.E."

Marketing is perhaps one of the most intimidating parts of the writing and publishing process.  But if you come to the table prepared, you can position yourself for success and see your book reach audiences far and wide.

Whether you publish with a traditional publisher, or self-publish, there are foundational principles of marketing every author should understand and become comfortable with.  This section will help you breakthrough the intimidation that comes with the marketing process and identify the following: what is your current platform (and how to maximize it without overwhelming yourself), what is your influence (and what is the vital difference between influence and platform), and finally, how do you secure and activate your endorsements.
